1. Features :
- Assembled with non-corrosive and semi-permanent P.D.F panels made of H.D.P.E
- Double-frame panel, so highly heat-insulating and adaptive to temperature
change (40~100°C)
- Easy on-the-site assembly and short construction period
- 3,000 ppm of UV stabilizer for preventing oxidation by UV, so withstand
long exposure to sunlight
- Material resistant to corrosion by acid and alkali, so durable against
highly corrosive animal waste
- Roof on the top of the tank in preparation for the increase of rainfall
2. Affordable to farms
- Suitable for Korean farms and optimal for distributed installation (save
the cost of re-transporting liquid fertilizer)
- Diameter 5,170Fx 2,600H
- A 50-ton tank is suitable for Korean farms because the average size of
lot is 1,000~2,000 pyeong.
* Vinyl house
Width 7m x height 3.3m x length depending on the number of tanks installed
Ventilation opening: Ordinary commercial product
Advantage:
- Semi-permanent and non-corrosive P.D.F panel assembled tank
- Not offensive to third parties
- Prevent the infiltration of rainwater
- Heat-insulation effect accelerates fermentation in winter
Tank Installation:
- Assembled with non-corrosive semi-permanent P.D.F panels made of H.D.P.E
- Double-frame panel, so highly heat-insulating and adaptive to temperature
change (40~60°C)
- Easy on-the-site assembly and short construction period
- Semi-permanent and easy to repair
- Use odorless Pennac-G, inhibiting the propagation of harmful insects such
as mosquito and fly
- Does not need incidental facilities such as agitator, air infusing equipment,
etc. (Use Pennac-G)
- Short period of animal waste fermentation.
- Fermented animal waste is directly sprayed to fields as fertilizer
- Environment-friendly and protect water sources
- Prevent the contamination of underground water
